I'll start by saying I don't do reviews, good or bad, I just don't.  This exception has been made for only one reason; we've been truly impressed.
From the initial quote from Keri, site prep, through the execution, project expansion and final result we couldn't be more pleased. The work crew were completely respectful of our heavily planted deck area (damage to our trees and shrubs was one of our great concerns) and kept a tidy site at the end of each day.
Lovance, one of the business principals, was on hand to offer project expansion options (stairs etc) when it became clear that the existing structure was in jeopardy.  Abel, the team lead, took the time to explain production design changes that were necessitated by found damage to our existing structure; no surprises.
